Where can we buy your products?

Znaps has no physical stores yet at the moment. If you want to buy our products, you can buy them on this website. The list of our products is available here together with the prices. All you need to do is to add them to your virtual cart, check out, pay and you are good to go.

Do you ship internationally?

Znaps can ship wherever you are in the world. The shipping cost varies. We have several couriers available on this site for you. You can choose the one you prefer and they will automatically add the cost to the final amount that you are going to pay. This is based entirely on the address you are going to input during checkout so make sure to double check it. Please include the postal code of your shipping address.

Does the delivery come with insurance?

Insurance is optional. You have a choice upon check out on whether you want to add an insurance or not. The cost of insurance for purchases is shouldered by the customer.

What payment method do you accept?

We accept payments via PayPal, and via major credit cards like Master Card, Visa, Union Pay, and American Express. We also do accept bank online transfers. We have stopped accepting payments via BitCoin already so please bear with us.

How long before the purchases get shipped?

We ship within 24-48 hours after payment. With regards to how long before you are going to receive it, that depends on the courier you are going to choose and how far your shipping address is. But rest assured that you can receive the tracking number from us within 24-48 hours after payment.
